Crook Likely Figured Robbing a Bakery Customer Would Be a Piece of Cake. He Figured Wrong.
October 15, 2014
A grappling match ensued, with food racks tumbling to the floor...
After a man wearing a motorcycle helmet entered a bakery in Sertaozinho, Brazil, on Sunday, a surveillance camera showed him walking down an aisle and apparently trying to rob a customer.
Well, that customer didn't respond passively to the attack, the Journala Cinade reported.
A grappling match ensued down the aisle, with food racks tumbling to the floor — and then two others joined the customer in taking down the crook.
One of them grabbed a chair and began hitting the robber over the head with it as pieces of the chair broke off and scattered on the tile.
The suspect was later arrested by police, the paper said.
