30-Year-Old Man With Down Syndrome Astonished By What He Sees Coming Through the Door

A 30-year-old man with Down Syndrome received the surprise of his life Monday when country music superstar Kid Rock arrived at a restaurant to attend his birthday party.

Dan McGurk recorded an invitation to the singer in mid-August, explaining why he's the star's number one fan. To his surprise, Rock actually showed up at his birthday party in Michigan this week.

Footage of the arrival was published to YouTube Tuesday and shows a stunned expression on McGurk's face as he sees Rock walk in through the door. The video has since amassed more than 13,000 views.
