Suspected Al Shabaab Militants Kill At Least 36 in Attack at Kenyan Quarry

Al Shabaab militants are suspected of killing at least 36 individuals at a quarry residing on the Kenya-Somalia border Monday night.
According to the Red Cross, the attack occurred about 10 miles from the border city of Mandera.

— Kenya Red Cross (@KenyaRedCross) December 2, 2014CNN affiliate KTN reported that about 20 gunmen attacked the group. Unconfirmed reports indicated that the militants launched the attack after their victims had fallen asleep in tents.
Last month, the terror group hijacked a bus and killed 28 "non-Muslims" on board.
