Life inside the "Ebola Bubble" is tough — but not impossible.
BuzzFeed reporter Jina Moore, who reported from Liberia in August, shared her experiences from the Ebola-ravaged nation in a video posted to YouTube Thursday.
The Liberian finger-snapping handshake, hugging and even normal shaving became things of the past during Moore's time in Liberia as fear of the deadly virus kept people physically distant.
Her biggest takeaway: the importance of charity as a coping mechanism.
"When people are dying all around you, the kindest thing you can do for yourself is a tiny, ordinary kindness for someone else," Moore said.
