An unidentified woman in Bellingham, Mass. is being called the "layaway angel" after walking into the local Toys R Us and paying off everyone's layaway balance, FOX 25 reports.
"All of them," she insisted, giving the store $20,000 to cover the balance of 154 people. The woman was described as an older lady and a local resident.

"I have no words," Diane Brewer, who was planning on working extra shifts to pay for her son's Christmas presents, told FOX 25. "I can't believe someone would do that. It's so nice. I have been running around all week picking up layaways everywhere, so this is really awesome."
"I'm so happy about it I cried a little," another person added.
Jason Wood said that when someone makes such a kind gesture, "you've got to pay it forward." He used the money he was planning on spending on his children to buy presents for the Toys for Tots charity.
