See the Hit That Just Knocked Johnny Manziel Out of Sunday's Game

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has left the game late in the second quarter against the Cleveland Browns with a left hamstring injury, and his return is questionable.

Manziel rolled out to his left side, and Carolina linebacker Luke Kuechly and safety Colin Jones converged on the rookie and took him to the ground Sunday. He attempted to get up and then fell back to the ground.

Trainers looked briefly at Manziel's left leg behind the bench and then took him to the locker room. Manziel walked in with a towel draped over his head but did not appear to be limping.

The Browns were losing 10-3 at the time of the injury.

Manziel was replaced by Brian Hoyer.
