The ‘Incredible’ Thing a Stranger Did for a Group of Random Shoppers Won’t Be Soon Forgotten
December 24, 2014
“Wow. That was brilliant."
A group of unsuspecting shoppers were astonished by the actions of a stranger this Christmas season.
Stuart Edge, the host of a popular YouTube channel, set out to spread some holiday magic. Drawing upon the simple — yet powerful — act of giving, Edge handed individuals a red envelope containing either a gift card or what appeared to be $100 in cash.
The surprise act of kindness left the shoppers stunned — and some in tears.
“Oh my goodness,” said a woman, who was given the envelope while sitting in the food court with her child.
“It’s the best gift I’ve ever been given,” echoed another.
Footage of Edge’s act of kindness amassed nearly 300,000 views since being posted less than 24 hours ago.
“Incredible,” one person commented on YouTube.

“Wow. That was brilliant,” wrote another.
At the conclusion of the video, Edge encouraged others to continue keeping the momentum alive. He suggested doing a good deed for another person and posting it online using the hashtag “#15SecondsOfGood.”
