Letterman skewers our groping vice president: 'Top 10 things Joe Biden said at this moment

"I don't have a time machine, but I do have a hot tub."

Following Joe Biden's much talked-about groping incident during Tuesday's swearing-in ceremony for new Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter, America's comedy muscles began flexing.

The moment was fodder for people skilled in using the image editing program Photoshop.
