NFL Network Analyst Has Meltdown on Live TV: 'Are We Live? What Are We Doing Now?

This segment is about as awkward as one can get.

NFL Network analyst Charley Casserly was interviewed on-air Wednesday afternoon — and was seemingly unaware he was on live television.

"Timeout. Hold on here. Stop. I thought you were just going to — what do you do? I'm not going to answer specific questions. We didn't talk about that inside," Casserly said in response to a question.

"You don't ask me a question we haven't talked about," he added.

The interviewer tried to regain control of the segment, but things continued to unravel.

"Are we live? What are we doing now? Are we taping or what are we doing?" he asked.

"No, we're live," the NFL Network host replied.

"Start the whole thing over," Casserly replied.

"We're live," the host again reiterated.
