NBC's Chuck Todd Says This Clinton Move 'Boggles the Mind

"Meet the Press" moderator Chuck Todd appeared on MSNBC Wednesday morning and said he was perplexed by the Clinton Foundation's decision to continue to accept foreign donations.

"Look, they're the ones, to me, the part of this that makes this even more damning on the Clintons, and this is where I shake my head and don't understand why the Clintons continue to take foreign money," said Todd, who also serves as NBC's political director.

"Clearly the White House was concerned enough that they felt they had to put something in writing. ... why on God's earth is the Clinton Foundation still taking foreign donations, it boggles the mind," he added.

"It is unbelievable," host Joe Scarborough replied.

Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton's moves as secretary of state have come under scrutiny in recent weeks after a new book documented correlations between donations to the Clinton Foundation and policies implemented.
