New York State Police Issue Blunt, 14-Word Warning to Prison Escapees

It was a blunt warning.

On Friday, a New York State Police official delivered a blunt 13-word message to the two murderers who are on the run after escaping from a prison.

"We are coming for you and we will not stop until you are caught," the official said.

The warning came during a press conference where police announced charges against a prison worker who they say aided the two murderers escape.

Mitchell is accused of befriending inmates David Sweat and Richard Matt at the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora and giving them contraband.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
