Tennis Star Tries and Fails Big Time Trying to Impersonate Hulk Hogan

Oops.

Novak Djokovic's Wimbledon singles win was the talk of the sports news world yesterday. However, it was something the Serbian tennis star attempted to do between sets on Centre Court that is trending today.

LONDON, ENGLAND - JULY 12: Novak Djokovic of Serbia celebrates with the trophy after winning the Final Of The Gentlemen's Singles against Roger Federer of Switzerland on day thirteen of the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on July 12, 2015 in London, England. Djokovic had just misplayed a shot during a tense tiebreaker in the second set. After he lost the point and the set, both Federer and Djokovic retired to their chairs on the sidelines for a short break.

A dejected Djokovic was going to change his shirt and initially tried to rip it off, just like wrestling star Hulk Hogan has been seen doing.

Apparently the shirt was stronger than the player anticipated and he quickly changed his plans and removed the shirt by simply pulling it over his head.

This is not the first time Djokovic has done this. Back in 2012, after winning a nearly six-hour championship match at the Australian Open against Rafael Nadal, Djokovic tore off his shirt and eventually tossed it into the crowd.

After executing the shirt-ripping move that night, he talked about it with Tennis Now. "I guess that was some kind of emotion blast that I had at the end of the match, because I was so overwhelmed with everything," Djokovic told the interviewer.
