Billionaire Mark Cuban Shares His Feelings on Trump: 'I Don't Care What His Actual Positions Are
July 28, 2015
"Up until Trump announced his candidacy..."
Billionaire Mark Cuban turned to his social media platform this week to share his feelings on Republican presidential contender Donald Trump.
Using Cyber Dust, Cuban contended Trump is "probably the best thing to happen to politics in a long, long time," according to CNBC.
"I don't care what his actual positions are," Cuban wrote. "I don't care if he says the wrong thing. He says what's on his mind. He gives honest answers rather than prepared answers. This is more important than anything any candidate has done in years."

Cuban suggested that politics as usual does not appeal to the average voter.
"Up until Trump announced his candidacy the conventional wisdom was that you had to be a professional politician in order to run," Cuban wrote. "You had to have a background that was politically scrubbed. In other words smart people who didn't live perfect lives could never run. Smart people who didn't want their familiar put under the media spotlight wouldn't run."
The Dallas Mavericks owner, however, still wasn't sold on voting for Trump.
"No, but I don't know that I'd vote for any of the other 14 candidates and I don't know that I'd vote for the Democratic candidates right now either," Cuban said.
