Both have announced their candidacies for president — well, sort of.

Kanye West entranced millions with his MTV Video Music Awards speech Sunday night, which he capped by saying he will be running for president in 2020.
(Of course, West also admitted that he "rolled up a little something" before he went up on stage.)
