Sen. Elizabeth Warren was coy in her response about whether there has been any talk of running a joint ticket with Vice President Joe Biden.
The Massachusetts Democrat and progressive favorite met with Biden last month, adding extra fuel to the speculation that he might mount a late bid to challenge Hillary Clinton for the party's presidential nomination
Asked by the Boston Globe on Wednesday about any talk of a joint ticket, "even jokingly," Warren paused.
"It was a long conversation," she finally said.
Asked another way, Warren was similarly noncommittal about serving out her full six-year term, which ends in January 2019.
"I love my job," Warren said. “I truly love this job, and it’s all I’m thinking about and you just can't put another thought in my head."
Warren said she and Biden talked about helping the middle class and “the capture of this country” by the wealthy and powerful.
