A newly released version of Kenny Loggins' classic, "Celebrate Me Home," features country star LeAnn Rimes and pop star Gavin DeGraw singing as a series of videos show returning military members reuniting with family.

The clip is part of a campaign to spotlight the needs of Disabled American Veterans.
