“Super cute!” one Facebook user commented.

“That's the first and last time it's going to be called cute,” another wrote.

The Australian Reptile Park posted a video of the snake’s first breath, which they say was captured by Billy Collett, their head of Reptiles and Venom.

“One of our brand new, freshly hatched king brown snakes taking its very first breath!!!!” the post reads.

But the baby snake won’t be cute for long. According to the Reptile Park, king brown snakes are venomous snakes that can “reach a length over 2.5 [meters].”
