Woman Alleges She Was ‘Sexually Intimidated, Humiliated, Violated’ During Traffic Stop — See What the Dash Cam Captured

A Michigan woman has alleged that she was “sexually intimidated” after a police officer instructed her to shake her bra during an August traffic stop.

According to WWMT-TV, Dawn Hood admitted to being in possession of “a small amount of marijuana,” and the officer requested a drug-sniffing dog at the scene.

The officer reportedly suspected that Hood was hiding the drug in her bra and ordered her to shake her bra.

Hood told WWMT that the incident "made me feel like I was sexually intimidated, humiliated, violated” and that it was “very embarrassing.”

Hood’s attorney, Scott Mussin, said that if police suspected that his client had marijuana in her bra, they should have asked a female officer to come to the scene and conduct the search.

Hood is seeking $50,000 to settle her complaint against the officer who conducted the search.
