Hewitt proposed Saturday a "hitherto not discussed Cruz / Trump ticket."
Conservative radio talk show host Hugh Hewitt appeared on MSNBC Saturday morning and suggested a new Republican presidential candidate as an alternative to the current Ted Cruz / Donald Trump offering.
According to Hewitt, the GOP may not have to look to far to find the candidate its been searching for: Ivanka Trump.
Hewitt defended the "hitherto not discussed Cruz / Trump ticket," calling Ivanka "winsome" and amazing."
