Major Brawl Breaks Out After Jose Bautista Is Hit With Brutal Punch From Rougned Odor
May 15, 2016
The blow nearly sent Bautista to the ground.
In an epic baseball brawl Sunday, Toronto Blue Jays right fielder Jose Bautista was dealt a devastating blow by Texas Rangers infielder Rougned Odor.
The punch set off a massive brawl between the two teams.
Odor called Bautista out for what he believed to be a late slide at second base. The two exchanged words, but then the encounter turned physical as Odor pushed Bautista, who moved toward Odor. At that moment, Odor unleashed a vicious right hook that landed squarely on Bautista's face, nearly sending the Blue Jays player to the ground.
