Three Dead, One Injured in Shooting North of Seattle. Suspect in Custody.

Officials said 15-20 people were present when the shooting happened Friday night at a home gathering.
UPDATE 12:03 p.m. ET Saturday: MUKILTEO, Washington (AP) — A male suspect shot and killed three and injured a fourth person early Saturday in a suburban Seattle home where young people had gathered, police said.
The suspect was pulled over and arrested three counties away at around 2 a.m., Officer Myron Travis of the Mukilteo Police Department said.
All of the 12-20 witnesses have been interviewed by police, he said.
No motive has been given for the shooting. Authorities said they planned to release more information Saturday afternoon.

The city of Mukilteo said on its Twitter feed that there were three fatalities in the Chennault neighborhood, 25 miles north of Seattle. It said the injured person was transported to Harborview Medical Center with unknown injuries.

The city tweeted that a suspect has been apprehended in Lewis County.
Officials said 15-20 people were present when the shooting happened during a gathering Friday evening at a home in Chennault.
Relatives of those present at the gathering shared with KING-TV reporter Heather Graf some of the messages they received from their loved ones during the attack.
One woman told us she got a call from her granddaughter, who said she was hiding in a closet during #ChennaultShooting in Mukilteo.

The city says a reunification center has been established at a local Mormon church for parents and relatives.

Mukilteo Mayor Jennifer Gregerson expressed deep sorrow over the city's "great loss" following the shooting.
"Our community has suffered a great loss tonight," she said. "There were many young people who saw and heard things that no one should ever experience."

Police did not immediately release additional details about the shooting or the suspect but noted at a press conference Saturday morning that they are not looking for additional suspects.
