Clinton wants to have a 'big national dance' to bring the country together after the election

“I love to dance.”

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton suggested Wednesday that there should be a “big national dance” to bring the country together after the election.

“I think we need a big national dance,” Clinton said during an interview on “The Breakfast Club,” a New York City radio show. “Maybe bring everybody together. We got to think of something for people to do.”

Clinton said she wants to “close the fun deficit.”

“I’m sick of all this meanness,” Clinton said. “And why don’t these people who support my opponent go out and have fun dancing? You think they dance?”

Clinton expressed her love for dancing multiple times during the interview.

“I love to dance,” she said. “And when we were at the White House, and in years since, we’ve had a lot of dance parties just because I love the way people just kind of lose themselves, right?”

“It’s so relaxed and everybody enjoys what they’re doing,” she continued.

Clinton added that she will dance “any chance I get,” although “I’m not sure that it would be anything that you’d be saying was good dancing.”
