Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro said Friday that it's becoming increasingly clear why Hillary Clinton used a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state and what they were actually doing at the Clinton Foundation.
Pirro's comments came during an interview with Fox News' "Fox and Friends" Friday morning.
"It's clear what their intent was. Their intent was to hide," Pirro said. "To set up the server so that she could operate not only outside of the guidelines and the rules and the federal requirements, but that she could operate an organized criminal enterprise in the name of a 501(c)(3) charity."
"It's a RICO — racketeering influencing corruption organization," she added. "Like the mob. She's a capo and you know they got the consigliere, who is Loretta Lynch at this point."
The former judge went on to explain that she believes the Justice Department, under Attorney General Loretta Lynch, is "corrupt," while saying she doesn't understand how the FBI can do a proper investigation into Clinton without access to a grand jury.
"This is just the most corrupted Department of Justice I've ever seen," Pirro said. "And I thought [former Attorney General] Eric Holder was bad."
