NRA TV host launches brutal attack on liberal media, Don Lemon: 'History of siding with the rapist

NRA TV host Grant Stinchfield attacked the mainstream media and singled out CNN host Don Lemon on Wednesday night after the anchor's recent comments that President Donald Trump's Phoenix speech on Tuesday was "unhinged."

Saying that the liberal anchor has a "history of siding with the rapist, not the victim," Stinchfield went on to excoriate Lemon and other liberals who he believes work against American values and corrupt an otherwise honest media.

Stinchfield waged his televised war against Lemon by first taking aim at the liberal, "leftist, anti-Trump media" at large, and claimed that the media's continued evisceration of the president is symptomatic of elitism.

Beginning with Lemon's one-time defense of Hillary Clinton's alleged mocking of a child rape victim — a claim that reportedly turned out to be false — Stinchfield took aim at Lemon.

Lemon's comments

On Tuesday night, Lemon took the president to task over his Phoenix speech.

About the president's remarks, Lemon said, "What we have witnessed is a total eclipse of the facts. Someone who came out on stage and lied directly to the American people. And left things out that he said in an attempt to rewrite history especially when it comes to Charlottesville."

“He’s unhinged,” he continued. “It’s embarrassing, and I don’t mean for us, the media because he went after us, but for the country. This is who we elected president of the United States? A man who is so petty that he has to go after people who he deems to be his enemy like the imaginary friend of a 6-year-old?"

Lemon wasn't done there.

“His speech was without thought,” Lemon said. “It was without reason. It was devoid of facts. It was devoid of wisdom. There was no gravitas. There was no sanity there. He was like a child blaming a sibling on something else.

"If you watch that speech as an American,” Lemon explained, “you have to be thinking, 'What in the world is going on? This is the person we elected as the president of the United States? This petty? This small?'"

Stinchfield's rebuttal

Stinchfield, clearly disturbed by Lemon's attack on Trump, blasted the CNN anchor and the leftist media.

"Truth is the kryptonite of the leftist anti-Trump media," Stinchfield said. "It exposes them for who they are: a group of elitists who hate every American who supports our president. That hatred was on full display after President Trump eviscerated the fake news media in Phoenix, and none of them were more offended by the truth than CNN's Don Lemon."

He continued, "Don Lemon, a so-called journalist who is so bad at his job that even his colleagues in the fake news media named him 'The Worst Journalist of 2014.'"

Referring to a clip of Lemon's rant against Trump's speech in Phoenix, Stinchfield took aim at Lemon's scruples.

You, Don Lemon, continued to run political cover for Hillary, calling yourself a journalist when you act like a Democratic Party operative. You wanna talk about an eclipse of truth? ... Don Lemon, your lies push division, hatred, and violence ... let me ask you, Don Lemon: Were you civil when you eclipsed the truth and victim-shamed a woman who insisted Bill Cosby raped her, and asked why she didn't just, what — bite her way out of danger?

Stinchfield then played a clip of Lemon effectively asking a Cosby accuser how she was "forced" to perform oral sex on Cosby, when he was fairly clear that he felt that there were ways to avoid such things.

"Don, you have a history of siding with the rapist, not the victim," Stinchfield added.
