The Trump administration is adding a member to the White House press office, and fans of the Disney Channel will know her well.

Who is Caroline Sunshine?

Caroline Sunshine, 22, interned at the White House, but was hired as an assistant to the press office.

Sunshine is best known for her role as Tinka Hessenheffer on “Shake It Up," a show on the Disney Channel.

"Caroline Sunshine was a White House intern," said White House spokeswoman Lindsay Walters in a statement released Tuesday. "In college, she was involved with the American Enterprise Institute and an active member of her school's Model United Nations team."

"Prior to her internship at the White House, Caroline interned for the Office of House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, the College Republican National Committee and the California Republican Party," the statement concluded.

She became an intern by signing up at the official website for the White House, according to CNN.

Sunshine has a Twitter account with more than half a million followers.
