Mike Pence fires back at Oprah for campaigning for Democrat - here's his fiery speech

Vice President Mike Pence fired back Thursday at Oprah Winfrey and other "Hollywood liberals" who were campaigning for Stacey Abrams, the Democratic candidate for the gubernatorial race in Georgia.

'This ain't Hollywood, this is Georgia'

"I just heard you know," Pence said, "Brian Kemp's getting the support of all kinds of hard-working people all across Georgia and Stacey Abrams is being bankrolled by Hollywood liberals."

Pence was speaking at a campaign event for Republican Georgia gubernatorial candidate Brian Kemp.

"Sending their support into the state, and some of them come into the state," he said. "Like I heard Oprah is in town today."

"And I heard Will Ferrell was going door-to-door the other day," the vice president continued to the boos of the audience. "Well I’d like to remind Stacey and Oprah and Will Ferrell, I’m kind of a big deal, too."

Pence received loud applause. "You get that?"

"And I’ve got a message for all of Stacey Abrams’s liberal Hollywood friends: This ain’t Hollywood," he added.

"This is Georgia!" he exclaimed to applause.

"And Georgia wants a governor that’s going to put Georgia values and Georgia first," he said. "And Brian Kemp is going to do just that.”

Here's the video of Pence firing back at Oprah:

Abrams, an African-American woman, has been praised widely on the left for her campaign, but many on the right found fault with her when she appeared to claim that illegal immigrants were a part of the "blue wave" — despite the fact that they cannot vote in elections, legally.
