Male pedophile who subjected his 7-year-old daughter to 'a vortex of darkness' is in a women's prison thanks to the ACLU

A 34-year-old man convicted for torturing and filming pornographic transgender videos with his 7-year-old daughter has gotten his way, thanks to the American Civil Liberties Union, and is now serving his sentence in a New Jersey women's prison.

What's the background?

Matthew Volz was convicted for the sexual torture of his young daughter and sentenced in May 2022 to 25 years in prison, reported Reduxx.

After serving as president of the Clark College Queer Association, Volz started an amateur "transgender pornography" film business with three other degenerates. They specialized in violent and fetishistic criminal content.

After Volz and the victim's mother separated, he managed to win custody in 2018. Volz brought the child from Oregon to New Jersey, where he exploited her in his videos.

The child suffered horribly until the New Jersey Department of Child Protection intervened in 2019 following an anonymous tip made to the New Jersey Child Abuse hotline. The intervention culminated in Volz's arrest.

NJ.com reported that police executed a search warrant of Volz's residence in Franklin Township and seized 30 computers, cameras, and digital storage devices. The videos and photos on the devices spoke to a living nightmare created by Volz and three others.

Adam Romero, another male transgender who had been living on-site, child rapist Sean Allen, and child abuser Dulcinea Gnecco were found to have aided Volz in subjecting his daughter to what prosecutors called "a vortex of darkness."

All four were arrested in December 2019. All but Gnecco pleaded guilty to various counts of sex trafficking and rape. Gnecco pleaded to two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Unlike in Florida, child rapists are not eligible for the death penalty in New Jersey. Volz and Romero were instead sentenced to 25 years in jail. The child rapist Sean Allen is eligible for parole in 10 years.

"If this was not heinous, cruel and depraved, I don’t know what is," said presiding Judge Peter Tober, stressing that the girl had been taken "solely for the sexual gratification" of others and tortured.

"There is no hope that they will emerge from incarceration as better people because they are not capable," said prosecutor W. Brian Stack.

According to the New York Post, Volz is serving his sentence at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in Union Township along with Adam Romero.

Despite claiming to be a woman, a source inside the prison indicated that Volz still has his male genitalia fully intact.

Miseka Diggs, a woman at the prison, told Reduxx that female inmates were "scared to death" of the male prisoners roaming the halls, noting both that surgery is not required of them and that only a few have undergone hormone replacement therapy.

The ACLU of New Jersey filed a lawsuit against the New Jersey Department of Corrections and its officers in August 2019 to ensure that men claiming to be women could be admitted to women's prisons in the state. The law went into effect in 2021.

The ACLU-NJ noted in a statement that its lawsuit prompted the state to adopt "a system-wide policy that includes housing in line with gender identity, and not sex assigned at birth. Only a few other states in the nation have such protections in place."

Tess Borden, an ACLU-NJ attorney, boasted that the changes her organization secured "place New Jersey in the vanguard of states committed to protecting transgender, intersex, and non-binary people in prison housing determinations and continues its path toward eliminating discrimination based on gender identity."

The Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women is home to 27 transgender prisoners, including a man the New York Daily News reported had admitted to having "a most unusual taste for blood."

The bloodthirsty transvestite in question, Perry Cerf, is a sex-offender who went to jail for murdering a woman then dumping her body in the woods.

In addition to the women's prison being crowded with bloodthirsty men, a transvestic inmate impregnated two women at Edna Mahan last year.
