Barack Obama finally eligible for Douche Hall of Fame vote

As sitting president, Barack Obama was ineligible for inclusion in the Douche Hall of Fame for the past eight years.  As of Friday, January 20, he will be eligible for nomination. Does Obama belong in the Hall? You can vote on it on Monday, January 23.
