How many times did Trump correct the record to Comey on Russian hookers?

Former FBI director James Comey testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee Thursday, alleging that President Donald Trump fired him in an attempt to halt a probe into the Trump campaign team’s connections to Russia.

“It’s my judgment that I was fired because of the Russia investigation,” Comey said. “I was fired in some way to change, or the endeavor was to change, the way the Russia investigation was being conducted.”

In a prepared statement released ahead of the hearing, Comey said that Trump told him on March 30 that he did not use the services of “hookers” as alleged by a salacious, unverified dossier that supposedly documented the president’s sexual escapades in Russia.

On Thursday’s “Pat & Stu,” Doc Thompson wondered what Trump said at subsequent meetings with Comey. What is there left to say after “I wasn’t with hookers in Russia”? Doc, Kari Malinak and Kal Elsebai joked about possible scenarios ... complete with Trump impressions.

“This is crazy salacious, and there’s nothing to substantiate,” Doc noted about the Russian prostitutes story. The funny thing is that Comey himself has said that there is no evidence to support the dossier, but Trump reportedly felt the need to tell him multiple that the allegations were untrue.

“Methinks he doth protest too much,” Kari Malinak quipped.
