Obama makes claims that he's 'the best President that (he has) ever been

As the end of Obama's presidency approaches, the Left is airing claims that he has cemented himself as the greatest president in American history. Typically these claims have come from someone inside Obama's administration, but today the comments came straight from President Obama himself in an interview with CNN.
