Patriot players demonstrate 'immature reaction for not showing up' to meet the president
February 12, 2017
Mike Opelka discusses how after the recent Super Bowl, players from the New England Patriots are refusing to attend dinner at the White House to be honored by the president. He explains how he can't think of a more babyish or immature reaction than not showing up. Mike mentions that former Chicago Bear Martellus Bennett decided that he wasn't planning to visit the White House. Mike feels this is a mistake to not represent being among the best in pro football and not voice his concerns directly to the president.
