Testing the differences between what is a right and what is a benefit

Lana from Colorado called in to talk with Mike Slater about her version of what a right is. She says the minute that you try to take something from someone and give it to someone else, it becomes a benefit, not a right. Mike hears this and decides to test that theory with a little game called the "Is It a Right Test." He examines different principles by asking, "Does this thing put an obligation on another person? If it does, then it's not a right."
