How Biden's sanctions on Russia FAILED as a deterrent

President Joe Biden is notorious for making incoherent statements that leave us scratching our heads.

Thursday, President Biden addressed NATO about the current situation in Ukraine and the way the United States is handling Russian President Vladimir Putin. During his speech, Biden said something that, if true, flies in the face of every narrative peddled by the mainstream media and the White House before yesterday.

According to Biden, and in stark contrast with comments from both White House Press secretary Jen Psaki and Vice President Kamala Harris, sanctions on Russia were never meant to deter Putin from attacking Ukraine. Instead, the U.S. president said that "sanctions are meant to bring pain."

Pat Gray covered the story on Friday's episode of "Pat Gray Unleashed." "It's like we live in an alternate universe," Pat said.
