On Friday's episode of "Pat Gray Unleashed," Pat Gray, Keith Malinak and Jeff Fisher came across footage from years past that captured Earth First, an extremist eco-environmental group who were out in the woods showing their dedication to trees.
"There have been groups of people who have been sounding the alarm for a very long time," Pat explained.
"I think we are deeply hurting here in America," one activist said. She went on to explain that our industrialized world had forgotten about the trees but she and others still cared. The group knelt in their so-called "cathedral" of trees and formed a circle around a single tree stump where they mourned the loss of this specific tree.
"I want to mourn the loss of all the Old Grove trees I've seen, and tell them that we love them and that we don't want them to die," one activist cried. She continued saying some people do care and that she wanted the trees to know that they care.
