On Wednesday's episode of "Pat Gray Unleashed," Pat highlighted Democratic presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg's racist speech from 2015 when he explained why the New York Police Department has such a strong presence in minority communities.

"Put those cops where the crime is, which is in minority neighborhoods," Bloomberg said.
