In the wake of the mass killing in Odessa, Texas, which left seven dead and 22 injured, celebrities took to Twitter to blame the National Rifle Association, Republican lawmakers, and 'white supremacists with guns' for Saturday's terrible tragedy.
On Tuesday's radio program, Glenn Beck read the following statements from Twitter:

Glenn also discussed the reactions of Democratic presidential candidates Julian Castro and Beto O'Rourke who have called for new gun control measures including mandatory gun buyback legislation, universal background checks and 'red flag' laws.
He noted that Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's (R) tweeted on Monday that the Odessa killer had a "criminal history," he failed a Texas gun purchase background check, and did not legally purchase the gun used in Saturday's incident.
"We must keep guns out of criminals' hands," Abbott said.
"We all abhor the violence. All of us," Glenn said. "But the headlines were all wrong ... the headline is in the story but it happened to be the last two sentences. The gunman failed the background check in Texas. So how did he get the gun? Was he a racist? He had a long history of mental illness, and he failed the background check, and was not allowed to buy a gun. He didn't buy this gun, legally. He didn't buy it in a store because he failed the background check. So who sold him the gun? And that should be our discussion today. Who sold him the gun? How did he get this gun? That's what we should be looking for today."
