WATCH: Ohio passes 'heartbeat bill;' College student makes a shocking statement about abortion

The bill would make abortion illegal after six weeks. Ohio is one of several states that have recently passed a "heartbeat bill" similar to the one that passed in Georgia last month.

Also, Pat discussed a Boston College student who asserted that a baby should not receive medical attention after a botched abortion.
