4 Minute Buzz: Town turns 'Night into Day' so boy with rare skin allergy can come out to play

Payton Madden is an 11-year-old from El Dorado, Kansas, with a rare skin disease called Xeroderma Pigmentosum which makes it nearly impossible for his skin to process sunlight and requires that he wear several layers of protective clothing. This Christmas, Payton's community flipped the town from day to night so Payton could come out and play.

Hilary is here with the story in this "Four Minute Buzz."
