A Japanese company is giving non-smokers an extra six days of vacation

Piala Inc, a marketing firm in Japan, will now allow non-smoking employees an extra six days of paid leave. The decision was made by the CEO of the company, Takao Asuka, after receiving complaints from non-smokers who were picking up the slack around the office for colleagues who frequently take smoke breaks.
The complaint was made in a company suggestion box and it worked.
