Adorable 2-year-old confuses dad for finish line in foot race

A 2-year-old boy lost his Nigerian school’s foot race because of the cutest distraction ever.

His father, Imoh Umoren, says when they would practice he would stand at the finish line so his son would run into his arms for a big hug. But during the actual race, the little boy got confused and ran straight to his dad in the crowd instead of to the finish line with his classmates.

Umoren says when his son spotted him, “he was overjoyed and ran to me… for him it was a natural ending.”
