Former Secretary of State and billionaire John Kerry ripped President Donald Trump in a lengthy tweet over his comments toward NATO allies on Wednesday. Kerry, who is married to Heinz ketchup heiress Teresa Heinz, called the president's behavior "disgraceful" and "destructive" after the president criticized NATO members in Brussels for not fulfilling their agreement to spend at least 2 percent of their GDP on defense.
Kerry was also upset over the fact that the president mocked German Chancellor Angela Merkel for being too dependent on Russia for energy supplies.
