Meghan McCain schools know-nothing Joy on the dangers of normalizing socialism on 'The View

Megan McCain found herself in a heated shouting match with liberal darling and co-host Joy Behar over the dangers of socialism. The conversation began when co-host Whoopi Goldberg began discussing the appeal of democratic socialism and the rise of the left's "breakout star" Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

McCain used several examples of socialism gone wrong and drove the point home by sprinkling in a few famous quotes by Margaret Thatcher.

It all seemed to go over Behar's head though because she fought tooth and nail to defend socialism. All she could do was look to Scandinavian countries she defined as "successful" examples of socialism, however, that assertion is extremely shortsighted. And all she could do was whine about how the rich don't pay their fair share in taxes. Another misleading notion.

McCain then challenged her to pay the amount in taxes that every socialist in the country thinks is sufficient.
