Pat and Stu agree it's worth the risk to eat their underwear, if Trump builds the wall

Pat and Stu explain their agreement to eat their underwear if President Trump builds ninety-five percent of the wall. Stu regards this statement with how he doesn't feel all that nervous he'll have to follow through. He does however think Trump may build the wall in specific places. Pat believes it's worth the risk if Trump does build that wall.
