Roni Proter shares some tips for creating thoughtful gift baskets

Chef and lifestyle expert Roni Proter stops by Tomi Lahren's signature show to display some of her gift basket creations and provide tips for creating thoughtful, personalized gifts for the special people in your life. Roni suggests focusing on simple items with broad appeal for gifts given to people you don't know all that well; for example, as Roni says "anybody is going to love" gingerbread men, tea and candy.

Roni recommends Cost Plus World Market for holiday shopping, as the store offers inexpensive, original gifts from around the world.

"It's fun to look through something and see what someone thought of when they thought of you," Tomi says. "It tells you a lot about your personality."

Roni revels in the joy of gift-giving: "I think it's almost as fun shopping for somebody as it is to get a gift."
