Search begins for Statue of Liberty banner hangers, but leads are scarce

Activists secretly hung a banner that read "Refugees welcome" from the Statue of Liberty. Authorities haven't caught the culprits, but the search is underway.
The only clue that's been released to the public is that one of the perpetrators is suspected to be named David. Pat Gray and Stu Burguiere implore their viewers to let authorities know if they know anyone named David, as he may have been involved.
