Monday Justice Neil Gorsuch took his place on the Supreme Court bench, restoring the court's generally 5 to 4 conservative majority. Ryan Lovelace, Supreme Court reporter for the Washington Examiner, joined Dana Loesch on today's "Dana" to explore the connection between Justices Gorsuch and Kennedy.
Conservatives hope the connection, forged when Gorsuch was a clerk for Kennedy, will make an impact on cases involving religion and government. Kennedy has typically served as a swing vote on social issues.
Lovelace is "most eager" to see how that connection develops as arguments are heard this week and next.
