Tonight President Trump will deliver his first major speech since his inauguration to the joint session of Congress. He is expected to lay out his policy vision for the nation, defense spending, and budget reform. Executive Director for the National Center of Policy Analysis Colonel Allen West joins Dana Loesch to preview what we should expect from the President.
Col. West feels that it's really important that in the first 15 to 20 minutes Trump talks about where we are as a nation right now and contrast it with eight years ago.
