Will banning people from entering the U.S. solve the problem?

Garry Kasparov, the Chairman of the Human Rights Foundation, joins Dana Loesch to discuss President Trump’s travel halting executive order. Garry doesn't seem to think that simply banning people from entering the United States is going to solve the problem. He feels that this is a huge mistake to argue the semantics of whether we are for or against the ban because for the rest of the world it looks like a ban and gives ISIS another propaganda tool.
