Is this what Americans want?: Graham Allen reacts to Democrat's 'kill them now or kill them later' abortion defense
May 03, 2019
Why would we even have this conversation?
As Alabama lawmakers debated the passage of a pro-life bill on Tuesday, Alabama state Rep. John Rogers (D) argued that it's a "woman's choice" to kill an "unwanted, unloved" child.
"Some kids are unwanted, so you kill them now or kill them later. You bring them into the world unwanted, unloved, you send them to the electric chair. So, you kill them now or kill them later," Rogers said.
In this "Rant Nation" video, host Graham Allen reacts to the Alabama lawmaker's extraordinarily disturbing statement.
"Why would we do this? Why are we having discussions on whether or not a life is worth having and a life is worth giving a chance?" asked Graham.
"Our future generations will thunder-slap us for even having this conversation and look back on us with shame," he added. "How are these people getting elected into office in the first place? Does this man speak for you, Alabama? ... Do these people we have elected into office actually represent us as Americans? I would venture to say 'no.' Because, what sane person is pro killing someone because they're either going to kill them now or kill them later?"
