Funeral fires up ferocious female feud...
A Twitter feud ensued between female MSNBC anchors and Fox News host Laura Ingraham after she noted how some were using the death of former President George H.W. Bush to snipe at current President Donald Trump.
'What's been lost is reverence'
Ingraham took the first swipe at Nicolle Wallace for a comment criticizing Trump for debasing the presidency as the funeral procession for Bush was heading to the U.S. capitol.
As the #Bush41 processional was making its way to the Capitol, @MSNBC's Nicole Wallace sniped: "Under Donald Trump the office of the presidency has been debased in ways that are unimaginable to those who have served every past president…."

"...what's been lost is reverence...." she added. #irony

"Under Donald Trump the office of the presidency has been debased in ways that are unimaginable to those who have served every past president," Ingraham quoted Wallace as saying. "What's been lost is reverence."
Ingraham added a hashtag with the word "irony," which some took as criticizing Wallace for not revering Trump's presidency enough.
Wallace fired right back.
"At the very same moment @IngrahamAngle was watching @MSNBC and sniping at me," she tweeted.

Her MSNBC colleague and co-host of "Morning Joe," Mika Brzezinski also responded to Ingraham's critique.
"If describing reality is sniping then ok," Brzezinski tweeted, "but I'm not sure where you think this is going except REALLY badly. @NicolleDWallace is right on.. you are as usual serving as the president's panderer."
"I'm not sure that ends well but hey good luck!" she concluded.

"Using memorial services or funerals to launch political attacks," Ingraham tweeted, "exactly the sort of crassness they accuse @realDonaldTrump of exhibiting--is always wrong."

Laura Ingraham ripped into Brzezinski and Wallace on her show on Monday for their lack of class and decorum.
Here's Ingraham's response:
Former President George H.W. Bush passed away on Friday at the age of 94.
